The Role:

University College Birmingham is entering one of the most ambitious and dynamic phases of our growth, making this an exciting time to join the UCB Business School. We are currently seeking a talented, experienced Student Engagement Tutor who is passionate about student success to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering an engaging personal tutorial provision across Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring hands-on experience in working with students to achieve goals and plan career development. Experience in organising events is also highly valued as we support our students in honing their skills and strategic capabilities. Organisational skills are key, as you manage various student needs across different levels of study and disciplines.
